Church Website Design

A website that feels like your church, not a template

Your congregation deserves more than a builder-of-the-month theme with a stock photo of a cross. We design sites built around how your church actually operates: services, events, sermons, and giving, all in one place.

Sound Familiar?

The Problem

Your site was built years ago and nobody remembers how to update it
Events get buried in a Facebook post instead of living on your site
Sermons are scattered across YouTube with no real home
Giving links are an afterthought instead of front and center
The design doesn't feel like your church anymore, if it ever did

You can add and update events and announcements yourself anytime. Larger structural changes are handled by Scriptown.

Sermon Archives

Add new messages as they come in. Simple to browse and easy to keep current.

Giving Integration

Visible without feeling like a sales pitch.

Mobile-First Design

Most people will find you on their phone first.

Why Scriptown

Built by Someone Who Knows Church Communications

Scriptown Studio is run by Josiah, who works in media and communications for a local church, so this isn't theoretical. The sites we build come from firsthand experience with what church staff and volunteers actually need day to day.

FAQ

A Few Things People Ask

Can our team update the site ourselves after launch?

Yes. You can add and edit events and messages yourself anytime. For bigger changes, like new pages or a redesigned section, Scriptown handles those.

Is this a one-time cost or ongoing?

Both. A one-time project fee covers the design and build, and a separate monthly maintenance plan covers hosting and support after launch. Most project fees land between $1,250-$5,000, with maintenance starting around $150 a month.

Do you integrate with our giving platform?

We can integrate your site with several giving platforms. Since support varies, the best next step is to schedule a call to confirm whether your specific platform can be supported.
